Spa Appointment Cancellations: If you need to cancel your luxury spa treatment, please give us a couple days’ notice. A 100% service charge is applied to spa treatment cancellations with less than 24-hour notice, and to spa packages cancellations with less than 48-hour cancellation notice. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for groups of five or more to be applied at the time of service at the spa. Please call: 1-619-328-4772.
Late Arrivals: If you are late for your spa appointment, your treatment time will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled spa guest. The usual fee for the treatment will be charged.
