Rules & Details:

1. The Football Bingo promotion begins September 6, 2009 and concludes January 2, 2010.

2. Club Barona members are eligible to play once daily upon accumulation of 250 myPOINTS in the same calendar day. New Club Barona members must wait at least 30 minutes after acquiring membership to participate.

3. Reward coupons must be redeemed by Saturday at midnight of the week in which the football games are played.

4. Club Barona members must claim their prizes in person between Tuesday and Saturday following the last football game played.

5. Each ticket will yield only the maximum prize for which it is eligible.  One prize per ticket. 

6. Guests who have a ticket with a Triple Bingo may play a Bonus Game at one of the Football Bingo kiosks to determine their prizes.  Prize amounts are listed in the prize table.

7. A reward coupon, Club Barona Card, and a valid picture ID are all required to claim a prize.

8. Must be 18 years or older and a Club Barona member to participate.  Winners must present a valid photo ID and their Club Barona Card to claim prizes.

9. Not a Club Barona member? Join today! Membership is fast, free, and easy.  Register for Club Barona membership at any Club Barona Booth or online at Barona.com.

10. No purchase necessary.  Guests do not redeem points for entries.  Entries are based on the accumulation of Club Barona Points on the guest’s Club Barona account during the promotion period.  Based upon previous play, guests may also be eligible for additional offers through direct mail. 

11. Barona Resort & Casino is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen offer coupons, or computer malfunctions resulting in the loss of entries.

12. Barona Resort & Casino is not responsible for drawings missed due to long lines.

13. Any applicable taxes, fees, and gratuities are the responsibility of the winner.  Winner must complete tax form 1099 as a condition of accepting any prize with a value over $599.

14. Barona Resort & Casino may request and/or require winners to complete and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release as a condition of accepting any prize package.  By participating in the Football Bingo Promotion, participants are giving consent for their image to be recorded for use in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised.

15. Barona staff, vendors, and entertainers, as well as guests who are currently expelled from Barona Resort & Casino are not eligible to participate in casino promotions.

16. Barona Resort & Casino management reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time at their sole discretion with or without notice. All rulings made by event management during the promotion are final. 

17. Any participant found to be abusing the promotion rules or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

18. Offer is subject to all Federal and Tribal laws and regulations and is void wherever prohibited by law. 

19. Barona Resort & Casino management decisions may be appealed within seven days in writing to the Barona Gaming Commission at 1095 Barona Road, Lakeside, CA 92040.
