Rules

1.    Tournament play held on the Casino Floor every Monday in April 2010 (April 5, 12, 19, and 26).

2.    Not a Club Barona member? Join today! Membership is fast, free, and easy.  Register for Club Barona at any Club Barona Booth or online at Barona.com.

3.    Must be 18 years or older and a Club Barona member to participate.

4.    Must be 18 years or older to be in tournament area.

5.    Participants are seated on a first-come, first-served basis by tournament staff.  Once a participant’s score has been verified by tournament staff and the tournament machine has been reset, the next available guest will be instructed to start tournament play.

6.    Tournament play lasts for five minutes.

7.    Machines are designated for tournament play.  No tokens, coins, or cash are required. Credits played during tournament play are not applicable towards Club Barona myPOINTS.

8.    Each participant competes in up to four rounds over a four week period.  Each participant must compete in a minimum of two rounds to be eligible for a cash prize.  Each participant keeps their top two scores for their final score.  Participants who play each of the four weeks receive a bonus $100 myFREEPLAY offer via mail.

9.    The top 20 final scores at the end of the four week tournament receive a cash prize.

10.    Winners have 72 hours to claim prize.

11.    In the event of a tie, the accumulated prizes will be divided amongst winners.  The next highest scoring player will then receive the next ranking and associated prize.  This process will be used to determine prize payouts for all tied scores (and rank).

12.    Participants must present valid photo identification and their Club Barona Plus Card to claim prizes.  Any applicable taxes, fees and gratuities are the responsibility of the winner.  Winner must complete tax form 1099 as a condition of accepting any prize with a value greater than $599.

13.    Barona Resort & Casino may request and/or require winners to complete and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release as a condition of accepting any prize package.  By participating in Barona’s Money Mondays Slot Tournament participants are giving consent to be recorded for use in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised.

14.    Barona staff, vendors, and entertainers, as well as guests who are currently expelled from Barona Resort & Casino are not eligible to participate in casino promotions.

15.    Barona Resort & Casino management reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time at their sole discretion with or without notice.  All rulings made by event management during the promotion are final. 

16.    Any participant found to be abusing the promotion rules or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

17.    Offer is subject to all Federal and Tribal laws and regulations and is void wherever prohibited by law. 

18.    Barona Resort & Casino management decisions may be appealed within seven days in writing to the Barona Gaming Commission at 1095 Barona Road, Lakeside, CA 92040.
