Rules

1.    Must be 18 years of age and a Club Barona member to participate.  Not a Club Barona member? Sign up today! Membership is fast, free, and easy.

2.    Every ten minutes, between 6:00 p.m. to midnight on Friday, April 2 and Saturday, April 3, ten Club Barona members will be randomly drawn to win a prize of $250 in myFREEPLAY.

3.    All prizes will be awarded in myFREEPLAY and will be automatically loaded into each winner’s account.

4.    All Club Barona members playing a slot, video reel, or video poker machine with their own Club Barona Cards properly inserted into the card readers are eligible to win a Barona TNT prize. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure his/her card is properly inserted into the machine.

5.    Club Barona members not playing with their own Club Barona Card will not be eligible for a Barona TNT prize.

6.    Promotion eligibility is limited to the Club Barona member’s first two active cards; all other active cards are ineligible.

7.    Barona Resort & Casino requires that winners complete and return a publicity release as a condition of accepting any prize payout.  Winners are giving their consent to be recorded for use in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised.

8.    Winners are chosen at random, an individual machine win does not trigger a Barona TNT prize.

9.    When it is time for more Barona TNT winners, an announcement will instruct guests to stay in their seats as there are potential winners.

10.    Should the TNT system malfunction, ten random bank and machine numbers will be manually drawn for prizes.

11.    If a machine is vacant or occupied by a non-Club Barona member, the Club Barona member actively playing in the seat nearest to the game number drawn (beginning to the right) will be determined as a TNT winner.  If there are no Club Barona members actively playing at the bank of machines a new bank will be drawn.

12.    Barona staff, vendors, and entertainers, as well as guests who are currently expelled from Barona Resort & Casino are not eligible to participate in casino promotions.

13.    Barona Resort & Casino management reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time at their sole discretion with or without notice. All rulings made by event management during the promotion are final. 

14.    Any participant found to be abusing the promotion rules or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

15.    Offer is subject to all Federal and Tribal laws and regulations and is void wherever prohibited by law. 

16.    Barona Resort & Casino management decisions may be appealed within seven days in writing to the Barona Gaming Commission at 1095 Barona Road, Lakeside, CA 92040.
