Rules

1.    Barona’s myGAMES Slot Tournament runs 24 hours a day from March 1 through March 31, 2010.

2.    Must be 18 years of age and a Club Barona member to participate. 

3.    Not a Club Barona member? Join today! Membership is fast, free, and easy.  Register for Club Barona membership at any Club Barona Booth or online at Barona.com.

4.    Club Barona members may participate every day in a free slot tournament each time they reach the set amount of myPOINTS.

5.    Club Barona members do not redeem points for entries.  Entries are based on the accumulation of myPOINTS on the guest’s Club Barona account during the promotional period.

6.    As tournament rounds are earned they remain available through the end of the promotional period or until played.

7.    The tournaments are held on the casino floor conducted through the myVIEW screens. 

8.    A leader board will be posted throughout the Casino of the top 20 scores from each tier.  Participants only compete against Club Barona members in the same tier level (i.e., Classic vs. Classic, Diamond vs. Diamond).

9.    Diamond Club Barona members may win a share of $50,000; Platinum Club Barona members may win a share of $30,250; Gold Club Barona members may win a share of $20,250; and Classic Club Barona members may win a share of $10,200.

10.    Winners will be announced by April 2, 2010.

11.    The top 20 final scores in each tier segment at the end of the five week tournament receive a cash prize. The highest individual score will be used to determine if participant qualifies for a prize and all subsequent scores will be dropped and no longer valid.

12.    Winners have 72 hours to claim prize in person.

13.    Winners may only qualify for one myGAMES prize.  In the event of a change of tier level during the myGAMES promotional period that results in a single Club Barona member scoring in the top 20 for two tiers, that winner will be awarded the higher prize amount.  The prize from the other tier will shift to the next ranked score.

14.    In the event of a tie the accumulated prizes will be divided amongst winners. This process will be used to determine prize payouts for all tied scores (and rank).  

15.    All Club Barona members playing a slot, video reel, or video poker machine with their own Club Barona Plus Card properly inserted into the card reader who earn the set amount of myPOINTS are eligible to win a myGAMES prize. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure their card is properly inserted into the machine and that the tournament is activated.

16.    Barona Resort & Casino requires that winners complete and return a publicity release as a condition of accepting any prize payout.

17.    Winners are giving their consent to be recorded for use in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised.

18.    Barona Resort & Casino staff, vendors, and entertainers, as well as guests who have been expelled from Barona Resort & Casino are not eligible to participate in casino promotions.

19.    Barona Resort & Casino management reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time at their sole discretion with or without notice. All rulings made by event management during the promotion are final. 

20.    Any participant found to be abusing the promotion rules or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

21.    Offer is subject to all Federal and Tribal laws and regulations and is void wherever prohibited by law. 

22.    Barona Resort & Casino management decisions may be appealed within seven days in writing to the Barona Gaming Commission at 1095 Barona Road, Lakeside, CA 92040.
