Promotion Rules
1. Club Barona members are eligible to play once per drawing day. New Club Barona members must wait 30 minutes after acquiring membership to participate.
2. Random number drawings will be held Tuesday and Wednesday during the promotional period at 9:00pm at the Fireside Stage. The promotion runs from Tuesday, February 23 through Wednesday, March 24.
3. Club Barona members qualify for promotion participation after accumulating 500 myPOINTS during slot or table games play while using his/her Club Barona Plus card.
4. The “Lucky Numbers” will consist of seven (7) randomly selected digits ranging from zero (0) to nine (9). The first number drawn will represent the first (leftmost) digit in the Club Barona number. The last number drawn will represent the last (rightmost) digit.
5. A prize may be won by matching your Club Barona account number (listed on your Club Barona card) with the “Lucky Numbers” drawn. Numbers must match in exact, sequential, right to left order to be eligible. The number of matching digits, in exact sequential from right to left order determines the prize awarded (see chart).

6. Guests must activate their entries at Club Barona each drawing night before 8:00pm to be eligible to win any prize.
7. Guests must be present in the casino during the number draw to win all drawing prizes. All daily prizes must be claimed at a Club Barona booth within 30 minutes of the last number drawn.
8. A guest will win the $1,000,000 Grand Prize if he or she possesses a Club Barona Card which contains all seven drawn numbers in order and was activated for the drawings. If the guest was not activated, the prize will not be redeemed and continue to be available for the following drawing day. $1,000,000 prize will be paid out through a 40 year annuity.
9. A current Club Barona card, promotion activation and a valid picture ID are all required to claim a prize.
10. Must be 18 years or older and a Club Barona member to participate. Winners must present a valid photo ID and their Club Barona Card to claim prizes.
11. Barona Valley Ranch Resort & Casino and affiliates are not responsible for guests not hearing numbers being announced over the broadcast system. Please be aware that the following locations do not have an audible feed: Barona Oaks Steakhouse, Seafood Plaza, Italian Cucina, El Rancho Grande, Sage Café, and the Poker Room.
12. Club Barona members may win only once per drawing day. Participants may win grand prize only once per promotional period.
13. Club Barona membership is fast, free, and easy. Register for Club Barona membership at any Club Barona Booth or online at www.barona.com.
14. No purchase necessary. Guests do not redeem points for entries. Promotion activation requirement is based on the accumulation of 500 myPOINTS on the guest’s Club Barona account during the promotion period. Based on play, guests may also be eligible for additional offers through direct mail.
15. Barona Resort & Casino is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen offer coupons, or computer malfunctions resulting in the loss of entries.
16. Barona Resort & Casino is not responsible for drawings missed due to long lines.
17. Any applicable taxes, fees, and gratuities are the responsibility of the winner. Winner must complete tax form 1099 as a condition of accepting any prize with a value over $599.
18. Barona Resort & Casino may request and/or require winners to complete and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release as a condition of accepting any prize package. By participating in this promotion, participants are giving consent for their image to be recorded for use in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised.
19. Barona staff, vendors, and entertainers, as well as guests who are currently expelled from Barona Resort & Casino are not eligible to participate in casino promotions.
20. Barona Resort & Casino management reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time at their sole discretion with or without notice. All rulings made by event management during the promotion are final.
21. Any participant found to be abusing the promotion rules or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.
22. Offer is subject to all Federal and Tribal laws and regulations and is void wherever prohibited by law.
23. Barona Resort & Casino management decisions may be appealed within seven days in writing to the Barona Gaming Commission at 1095 Barona Road, Lakeside, CA 92040.
