Rules

1.    The Party Time promotion runs from Friday, February 19 through Saturday, March 13.

Hot Seat

1.    Hot Seats will take place every 10 minutes from 6:00pm to Midnight, every Friday and Saturday during the Party Time promotional period.

2.    All Club Barona members actively playing a slot, video reel or video poker machine with their own Club Barona Plus Cards properly inserted in the card readers are eligible to win a Hot Seat prize.  It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that his/her card is properly inserted into the machine.

3.    All Club Barona members actively playing at a live table game with an open rating card are eligible to win a Hot Seat Prize.

4.    Winners are chosen at random.  Hot Seats are selected via a manual process.  One Machine and one Table Game seat will be drawn every 10 minutes.  A Real Player Services Host will verify the winner.

5.    The potential winner must have a valid photo ID available immediately upon request that matches the name on the Club Barona Card inserted into the machine or used for the Table Games rating card.  Those that do not match may be disqualified.

6.    If that seat is vacant or occupied by a non-Club Barona member, the Club Barona member actively playing in the seat nearest to the game number drawn (beginning to the right) will be determined as the Barona Power Winners winner.  If there are no Club Barona members actively playing at the bank of machines or table a new bank or table will be drawn.

7.    Winners at machines will select a balloon to determine their prize amount.  Possible prizes are $50, $100, $250, $500, and $1,000 paid in myFREEPLAY.  myFREEPLAY will be loaded to the winners account.

8.    Winners at Table Games will select an envelope to determine their prize amount.  Possible prizes are $50, $100, $250, $500, and $1,000 paid in promotional chips.  Each promotional chip is a one-time bet; promotional chips cannot be cashed in for a cash value.

Happy Hour

1.    Club Barona members who play from 6:00pm to 7:00pm every Friday and Saturday during the Party Time promotional period will have their points multiplied based on tier level.

Diamond members = 5x
Platinum members = 4x
Gold members = 3x
Classic members = 2x

2.    Barona Resort & Casino is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen offer coupons, or computer malfunctions resulting in the loss of entries.

3.    Any applicable taxes, fees, and gratuities are the responsibility of the winner.  

4.    Barona Resort & Casino requires that winners complete and return a publicity release as a condition of accepting any prize payout.  Each winner gives his/her consent to be recorded for use in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised.

5.    Barona staff, vendors, and entertainers, as well as guests who are currently expelled from Barona Resort & Casino are not eligible to participate in casino promotions.

6.    Barona Resort & Casino management reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time at their sole discretion with or without notice. All rulings made by event management during the promotion are final.  

7.    Any participant found to be abusing the promotion rules or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

8.    Offer is subject to all Federal and Tribal laws and regulations and is void wherever prohibited by law.  

9.    Barona Resort & Casino management decisions may be appealed within seven days in writing to the Barona Gaming Commission at 1095 Barona Road, Lakeside, CA 92040.
