Father’s Day Specials Served June 21 at the Ranch House Buffet

Among the all-American male meals available at the all-you-can enjoy buffet are Braised Pork Shoulder in Apple Cider, Smoked Texas Beef Brisket, Prime Rib of Beef, Beer Bash Chicken, Butcher-Smoked Bratwurst Sausage in Tabasco-Honey Glaze and Twice Baked Potatoes with Cheddar and Sour Cream.

 There will be bold Italian dishes as well, including Ranch House’s Classic Bolognaise with Penne, Handcrafted 10-layer Ricotta Lasagna, Spicy Pasta with Clams, White Wine, Garlic and Herb Broth. Additional father’s favorites from Morning Omelets, Poached Salmon and Seafood and generous portions of Antipasti will also be prepared to perfection.
