Barona Resort & Casino, the Happiest Casino on Earth, will be dishing up traditional cuisine and dining specials as part of its Lunar New Year celebration. 

The selection of specialty dishes, expertly prepared by acclaimed chef Ringo Lau who trained in Hong Kong, will be served now through February 24 in Barona’s Ho Wan Noodle Shop and Sage Café.  

The Lunar New Year menu specials include:

·         Abalone with Bailing Mushroom

·         Shao Xiong Wine Drunken Chicken

·         Vietnamese Style Basil Lobster

Barona will continue the New Year celebration with traditional lion and dragon dances, blessings of good luck and parades throughout the casino on February Feb. 17 and 24 at 8 p.m.

Exciting giveaways will also take place on February 17 and 24 from noon to 10 p.m. when Barona will be giving away $1,000 every 15 minutes. At 10 p.m., three players will win $5,000 each, and one lucky player will win $25,000. Throughout these nights, Casino Managers will also distribute gifts of Hong Bao (“Lucky Money”) in red envelopes with extra cash inside.
